A co-op mailing means multiple local businesses share space on the same jumbo postcard. Each business gets a dedicated panel, and the printing and postage costs are split among participants. You get the full reach of an EDDM campaign at a fraction of what a solo mailing would cost — typically 60–80% less.

Who else will be on the postcard with me?

We only place non-competing businesses on each card. A restaurant won't share a card with another restaurant. We curate each mailing so every advertiser benefits from the others — complementary businesses that serve the same neighborhood audience.

What areas do you serve?

We cover the entire Philadelphia Metro Area, including all Philadelphia ZIP codes plus surrounding counties — Montgomery, Delaware, Bucks, and Camden (NJ). If you're not sure whether your target neighborhood is covered, just ask — we'll check the USPS carrier route map for you.

What size is the postcard?

We use the jumbo EDDM format: 8.5" × 11" — the largest standard EDDM size available. It's impossible to miss in a mailbox. Full-color, double-sided, printed on heavy card stock.

How much space does my business get?

Panel size depends on how many advertisers are on a given mailing. Typical co-op cards feature 4–6 businesses, giving each advertiser a clear, dedicated section. We'll show you a layout mockup before anything goes to print so you know exactly what you're getting.

Do I need to provide my own design?

You can bring your own artwork — we'll spec out the exact dimensions and file requirements. If you don't have a designer, we can connect you with one or help you adapt existing materials like a flyer or business card. Either way, you'll approve a proof before we print.

What file format do you need for artwork?

We accept print-ready PDF, AI, or high-resolution PNG/JPG files. Artwork should be at least 300 DPI at final size, with a 0.125" bleed on all sides. We'll send you a template with exact specs when you sign up.

How much does it cost?

Co-op pricing varies based on the number of routes, total household count, and how many advertisers are sharing the card. Most businesses spend between $300 and $900 per mailing. We'll give you a firm quote — with exact household counts and cost per household — before you commit to anything.

Is there a minimum order?

There's no strict minimum, but co-op mailings are most cost-effective when targeting at least one full carrier route (typically 400–600 households). We'll help you find the right balance between reach and budget.

Are there any hidden fees?

No. Your quote covers design coordination, printing, USPS bundling, and postage. The price we quote is the price you pay. We don't charge setup fees or surprise you at the end.

How do I pay?

We accept check, ACH bank transfer, and major credit cards. Payment is due before the mailing goes to print. We'll invoice you once your design is approved and routes are confirmed.

How long does the whole process take?

From signed agreement to USPS drop-off, plan on 2–3 weeks. That includes design coordination (3–5 business days), print production (5–7 business days), and USPS preparation and drop-off (1–2 business days). Rush options may be available — ask us.

USPS typically delivers EDDM pieces within 3–5 business days of drop-off. Delivery windows can vary slightly by route and season, but you'll know the estimated delivery window before your mailing goes out.

USPS EDDM doesn't offer individual piece tracking, but we can provide the estimated delivery window by carrier route. Many of our clients run a simple offer or promo code on the card to measure response — it's the most reliable way to track results.
